What type of equipment do I need?

You will need access to 2 pairs of dumbbells, one lighter pair (10 lb-20 lbs) and one heavier pair (30 lbs-40 lbs). You will also need an exercise ball.

Does this program work for women?

Yes, absolutely. This program will work well for both men and women. In the nutrition guide, there will be different guidelines for men and women based on bodyweight.

Does this program work for beginners?

No, this program is designed for those who have some experience with exercise training. If you have never lifted any weights, I don’t recommend this program.
